Key Responsibilities

• Code generation and code review
• Training and evaluation of large language models and complex data annotation
• Collaborating with project leads and engineers on complex projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience with Rust and Rust testing tools
• Familiarity with Rust tooling and module management
• Experience with code review and quality analysis
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) or above
