Freelance Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support clients in designing scalable marketing technology solutions, the freelance Solutions Architect will work remotely on a contract basis, leading technical architecture for CRM, CDP, and marketing automation implementations while translating business goals into actionable technical plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand client objectives and define target-state architecture for marketing technology solutions
• Guide end-to-end implementations, producing high-quality technical artifacts and writing clear technical requirements for engineers
• Architect integrations across the MarTech stack, designing data schemas and event tracking plans to support analytics needs

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Braze and Iterable
• 5+ years of software development experience and integrating third-party tools, including ETL solutions
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with a CDP like Mixpanel, Segment, or similar
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing CDP and marketing automation integrations
• Experience working with APIs and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
