Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Experience in the pharmaceutical advertising agency industry
• Proven ability to hire for roles across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse ATS)
