Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Talent Sourcer to support their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms
• Proactively reach out to potential candidates and manage initial communication
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS (Workable)

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (sourcing-focused profiles preferred)
• Strong experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
• Experience with platforms like Upwork is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
