Freelance Technical Project Coordinator
Job Summary
To support a high-priority website migration from Sitecore to WordPress, the Freelance Technical Project Coordinator will work remotely on a part-time basis, managing coordination between project leads, client stakeholders, and an external web development agency while overseeing development workflows, QA, and post-launch support.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with project leads to coordinate day-to-day activities for the website migration and updates
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the external web development team, translating feedback into actionable tasks
- Support QA processes, track project milestones, and document bugs and implementation gaps for troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- Approximately 2+ years of experience in project coordination or technical project management
- Experience with website builds, redesigns, or migrations, particularly in WordPress
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
- Ability to understand technical discussions and convert them into clear tasks
- Prior experience working with developers in Agile or Scrum environments
