Freelance Technical SEO Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Freelance Technical SEO Specialist to join the in-house Marketing team on a part-time, remote basis, responsible for executing tactical SEO work including on-page optimization, technical ticket management, and schema implementation across 30+ market sites.

Key responsibilities

• Implement on-page SEO elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, and internal linking across multiple country sites
• Manage technical SEO tickets in collaboration with IT and development teams, ensuring timely execution
• Conduct hreflang corrections and maintain sitemap, canonical, and indexation hygiene for all market versions

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on technical SEO experience, preferably in an e-commerce or agency setting
• Proficient in Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or Semrush
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, JSON-LD schema, and regex
• Experience with multi-region and multi-language sites, including hreflang and ccTLDs
• Comfortable using project management tools like Jira or Asana
