Freelance User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer to support the evolution of an enterprise-scale insights marketplace and related data and analytics products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to translate business and technical requirements into clear UX flows and UI designs
• Lead UX activities for a sizeable, multi-squad initiative, including discovery sessions, journey mapping, and prototyping
• Design and iterate on wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, ensuring alignment with design standards and brand guidelines

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience as a UX or UI/UX Designer on complex digital products
• Expert-level Figma skills, including components and design system workflows
• Strong background in UX fundamentals: user flows, interaction design, and wireframes
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience operating in Agile environments and coordinating design across multiple teams
