Job Summary
Seeking a creative and efficient Freelance Video Editor for a part-time, remote contract role focused on enhancing short-form content for various digital channels, where the editor will manage the end-to-end editing process and utilize AI-powered tools to produce engaging videos.
Key responsibilities
- Own the complete editing process from raw footage to polished videos for internal and external channels
- Edit and iterate on creator, influencer, and UGC-style content specifically for CPG brands
- Utilize AI-powered editing tools to maximize efficiency and output quality in video production
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in editing hi-fi and lo-fi content, including educational/tutorial and brand/campaign videos
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools such as Runway, Descript, CapCut AI, or Adobe Firefly
- Experience with paid social video content and understanding of what converts effectively
- Links to work samples showcasing a range of editing expertise in UGC and CPG brand content
- Fluency in written and spoken English
