Freelance Video Editor & Motion Designer

Job Summary

As a Freelance Short-Form Video Editor & Motion Designer, the candidate will work remotely on a flexible basis, managing the full post-production pipeline for short-form video content, including editing, sound design, and 3D/2D animation for the brands fern and Simplicissimus.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form video content for social platforms
• Develop visual concepts aligned with the established aesthetic of fern and Simplicissimus
• Design and animate engaging 3D and 2D animations to enhance video storytelling

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience editing short-form video content for social platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing engaging, story-driven visual content
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Blender
• Solid understanding of sound design for short-form video
• Fluent in English; German skills preferred
