Freelance VP Experience Strategy

Job Summary

Leading human-centered healthcare experiences, the Freelance VP Experience Strategy (UX) will work remotely to define customer experience vision, conduct user research, and develop strategic frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion customer experience vision and UX principles across brand-level engagements
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, translating findings into actionable insights and client-ready reports
• Guide customer journey mapping and ecosystem planning across digital and connected touchpoints

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX strategy, CX strategy, or a related digital experience role, ideally within healthcare or regulated industries
• Strong portfolio showcasing customer-centered strategy and measurable impact on digital experiences
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and accessibility
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern experience design workflows
• Experience conducting and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing
