Freelance Web Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a corporate website refresh initiative, the freelance Web Copywriter will update and modernize existing website content, refine messaging across business units, and develop new page copy as needed on a temporary basis.

Key responsibilities

• Rewrite and refresh existing corporate website copy to improve clarity, tone, and engagement
• Update messaging across multiple business segments and business-unit pages
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input and incorporate feedback

Required qualifications

• Mid-level writing experience, with a focus on corporate or business communications
• Background in corporate communications, annual reports, or similar content
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information into concise web copy
• Experience supporting website redesign or content refresh projects preferred
• Familiarity with Figma or similar collaborative design tools is a plus
