Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Zendesk Expert - AI Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Review pre-generated intents and transform them into a logical sequence of agent steps
• Define test cases, including dialogue flow and agent responses
• Create a Golden Path for optimal tool usage by agents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or a relevant area
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Zendesk administration/configuration
• Experience in setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation
• Advanced level of English (C1) or above
• Ability to learn new methods and adapt to complex guidelines
