Freight Audit Analyst

Job Summary

Freight Audit Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for ensuring accurate freight billing, identifying process gaps, driving automation, and enhancing data visibility across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve freight billing discrepancies, credits, and claims
• Evaluate logistics processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy
• Generate and analyze KPI and operational performance reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools
• Working knowledge of LTL, Truckload, and general supply chain operations
• Combination of education and experience must meet minimum requirements
