Freight Audit Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freight Audit, Process & Pay (FAPP) Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, credit memos, claims, and unallocated shipments
• Monitor past due carrier statements and support timely payment processing
• Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• 2-5+ years in freight audit, logistics, or Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Working knowledge of LTL, Truckload, and general supply chain operations
