Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a book of business by acquiring new customers and carriers
Negotiate rates based on market conditions and provide operational support
Utilize CRM and TMS systems for effective data management and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one year of experience as a broker or transportation solutions provider
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building and maximizing business potential
Experience with CRM and TMS systems, specifically McLeod
Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
Strong moral and ethical compass
