Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a book of business by acquiring new customers and carriers
Negotiate rates and ensure excellent customer service
Utilize operational support and company assets to facilitate logistics solutions

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience as a broker or transportation solutions provider
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for full support in business development
Experience with CRM and TMS systems (e.g., McLeod)
Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
Strong moral and ethical compass
