• Manage and grow an independent freight brokerage agency
• Utilize provided resources and support to facilitate freight transactions
• Access and leverage a network of over 60,000 carrier partners

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in freight brokering or freight sales
• Must have a current book of business with active shipping customers
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 agent
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on agency growth
• Willingness to engage with dedicated support and training resources
