Freight Broker Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freight Broker Sales Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the logistics expert for existing customers and identify opportunities for additional freight services
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing new business and maintaining customer relationships
• Negotiate freight rates and terms while ensuring high service levels and compliance throughout the shipping process

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Freight Brokerage or 3PL Sales preferred
• Proven track record of generating new business through cold calling and business development
• Strong understanding of various freight modes and industry practices
• Proficient with TMS, CRM software, and Microsoft Office
