Freight Claims Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freight Claims Manager to manage freight and property damage claims while supporting the customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all freight and property damage claims
• Coordinate with customers and internal resources to gather necessary documentation and updates
• Monitor claim status and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics procedures
• Experience with claims for various commodities including frozen food and machinery
• Proficiency in logistics software (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Market knowledge related to transportation modes and customer relationship management
