Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freight Coordinator to support transportation operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor ERP systems and internal communications for transportation requests
• Manage the full shipment lifecycle from booking through delivery confirmation
• Track shipments in transit and proactively communicate delays or changes to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in freight coordination, logistics, transportation, dispatch, or brokerage operations
• Comfortable working in a computer-based environment for extended periods
• Ability to learn and operate within ERP systems and internal tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active shipments
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
