Freight Data Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Freight Data Analyst will collaborate with logistics teams to analyze freight costs, validate service levels, and develop insights to improve supply chain efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Review air freight forwarder service levels and develop corrective action plans for missed performance goals
- Validate billed costs against carrier data and implement logistics cost-saving opportunities
- Generate insights from logistics data to monitor business health and recommend improvements
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Manufacturing Finance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations; MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and data analytics tools
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Familiarity with logistics related to hardware product supply chains and contract manufacturing practices
