Freight Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freight Security Analyst responsible for monitoring and responding to security events in freight and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer shipments for anomalies and security alerts using tracking software
• Respond to cargo risk events and escalate confirmed security incidents to law enforcement
• Manage relationships with third-party monitoring providers and ensure adherence to security SOPs

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, sales operations, or customer service
• Proficiency in Excel
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Experience in monitoring and compliance reporting is a plus
