Job Summary

A company is looking for a French Bilingual Executive Travel Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all domestic and international travel reservations, including complex arrangements using Sabre
• Provide consultative advice and solutions for VIP travelers while ensuring adherence to travel policies
• Operate in a multi-channel environment, focusing on customer satisfaction and key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Canadian French and English
• In-depth knowledge of booking practices for air, hotel, car, and rail travel
• Over 5 years of experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant
• Proficiency in Sabre is preferred
• Strong understanding of fares and ticketing rules for domestic and international travel
