Job Summary

French Customer Support Specialist will work remotely in Romania on a temporary contract for 6 months, providing customer support via email and chat in French and English while meeting service KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer support through email and live chat for inquiries related to orders, product usage, and account questions
  • Meet customer service KPIs and collaborate with teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve products and processes based on customer interactions
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and French
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar tools is a plus
  • Organized and capable of managing time across different time zones
  • Experience in consumer goods, toys, or electronics industries is a plus
