Job Summary

To support a growing gaming community, the part-time hourly French Gaming Content Moderator will review user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines, ensuring a safe and enjoyable gaming experience while working remotely from South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate reported content across various formats, including comments, chats, images, and videos, according to established guidelines
• Escalate harmful content and inform supervisors of any technical issues while maintaining performance targets
• Stay updated on moderation guidelines and participate in scheduled training sessions

Required qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English, with strong reading and listening skills in both languages
• Experience in moderation, community management, or a strong familiarity with gaming platforms
• Proficient in navigating various social media platforms such as TikTok, Twitch, Discord, and Facebook
• Comfortable using a variety of technologies and online tools, with a self-disciplined approach to remote work
• Ability to work under time pressure within SLA-driven workflows
