Key Responsibilities

• Responds to requests for medical and safety information from consumers and healthcare professionals
• Documents and reports adverse events and product complaints in compliance with regulations
• Translates documents and provides accurate medical information responses

Required Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree
• Mother tongue in French and fluent in English
• Strong translation skills
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and industry regulations
• Highly proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and document management systems
