French Performance Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MS Performance Support Specialist- French.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving customer complaints escalated by internal and external business partners
• Review and modify Physician capitation reports and resolve recurring member issues
• Make recommendations on process improvements and maintain a tracking system for complaints

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience working in customer service and clerical or administrative roles
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
• Experience meeting strict deadlines
