Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Account Manager (French Speaking) to manage and grow a portfolio of customers in French-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full commercial lifecycle for the customer portfolio, focusing on renewals and expansion revenue
  • Build strong relationships with IT and Security leaders to identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and manage pipeline health while collaborating with Customer Success for high adoption rates
Required Qualifications
  • Native or bilingual fluency in French and English
  • Prior experience in a sales or account management role in French-speaking regions
  • Strong history of negotiating contracts and exceeding revenue targets in the SaaS/Tech sector
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
