Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Merchant Consultant (French speaker).

Key Responsibilities

• Re-engage former merchants through cold calls to close, retain, and grow deals
• Optimize campaigns to drive revenue and support business growth
• Build strong relationships by understanding each merchant's unique business needs

Required Qualifications

• Fluent/native French skills (spoken and written) and fluent in English
• Success in a sales environment, particularly in cold-calling and upselling
• Experience supporting merchants or customers
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus
