French Speaking Product Adoption Strategist

Job Summary

Fluent in French, the full-time Product Adoption Strategist will manage end-to-end human-led adoption programs, identify underutilized product areas, and build coaching playbooks while working remotely within a dynamic team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute human-led adoption programs, including strategy and performance evaluation
• Identify opportunities for product adoption and develop scalable initiatives like clinics and workshops
• Conduct qualitative deep-dives to understand barriers to adoption and provide actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Product Training, or a similar B2B SaaS role
• Fluency in English and professional proficiency in French or German
• Experience in translating product features into business outcomes and developing interactive programs
• Proven ability to gather qualitative customer feedback and provide actionable recommendations
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to teach complex workflows simply and consultatively
