Job Summary

Supporting urgent hiring needs, the full-time French-Speaking Recruiter will provide recruiting assistance for manufacturing roles in Eastern Canada and Quebec, including screening candidates and coordinating interviews remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide recruiting support for manufacturing roles requiring French language capability
• Screen candidates in French and assist with candidate interviews and conversations
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to address short-term coverage needs

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in the French language
• Experience in recruiting support, including screening and interview coordination
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across recruiting and hiring teams
• Familiarity with recruiting in Eastern Canada, particularly Quebec
• Comfort in managing urgent, short-term hiring needs
