Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative (French Speaking).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to customers
  • Provide training and troubleshooting support to resolve customer issues
  • Document all interactions and arrange for product repairs when necessary
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science preferred
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word and Outlook
  • Familiarity with database applications and spreadsheets is a plus
