French Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading strategic program initiatives, the full-time French Technical Program Manager will define program objectives, manage Agile frameworks, and facilitate Program Increment Planning in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the integrated program plan, aligning technical requirements with business priorities
• Architect and implement Agile frameworks, ensuring effective program cadence and cross-team synchronization
• Lead the Program Increment Planning process, ensuring alignment and commitment among stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior role such as Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or Release Train Engineer
• Expert-level knowledge of Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) and lean-agile principles
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-pillar technology programs with complex interdependencies
• Mastery of Jira, Confluence, and other agile management tools
• Strong competency in cloud migration concepts and collaboration with technical teams across AWS, Azure, and GCP
