Job Summary

A company is looking for a French Technical Support Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of support cases and guide users through troubleshooting and setup
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, documenting everything in Salesforce
  • Host live remote sessions to assist users and escalate cases when necessary
Required Qualifications
  • C1/C2 French proficiency (CEFR or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer support
  • Solid understanding of Windows and basic networking
  • Experience documenting cases in a CRM like Salesforce
  • Strong judgment in determining the appropriate resolution path for issues
