Job Summary
A company is looking for a French Technical Support Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of support cases and guide users through troubleshooting and setup
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, documenting everything in Salesforce
- Host live remote sessions to assist users and escalate cases when necessary
Required Qualifications
- C1/C2 French proficiency (CEFR or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer support
- Solid understanding of Windows and basic networking
- Experience documenting cases in a CRM like Salesforce
- Strong judgment in determining the appropriate resolution path for issues
