French Ticketing Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a French Reservation & Ticketing Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist English & French passengers with bookings and inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Create and modify bookings, and handle airline queues
• Provide excellent customer service and issue tickets and EMDs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• Experience in customer assistance within the airline industry
• Knowledge of airline regulations and low-cost pricing models
• Familiarity with Amadeus and Sabre systems
• Fluency in English and French preferred
