Freshservice Developer

Job Summary

To support a global leader in consumer and safety products, the contract Freshservice Developer will design, configure, and optimize IT Service Management solutions within the Freshservice platform, focusing on workflow automation, system integrations, and service catalog enhancements in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Freshservice modules including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Asset Management
• Design and implement workflows, automations, orchestration rules, and business processes
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and custom scripting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Freshservice administration and development experience
• Strong experience with Freshservice workflows, automation, orchestration, and platform customization
• Proficiency with JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
• Experience integrating Freshservice with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of ITIL service management processes and best practices
