Front End AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support a large-scale AI engineering initiative, the contract-to-hire Front End AI Engineer will develop high-performance React/TypeScript interfaces, integrate multi-step LLM workflows, and deliver production-grade front-end features in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop UI components while optimizing front-end performance and ensuring seamless user experiences
• Collaborate with AI/ML, backend, and cloud engineering teams to integrate AI agents and improve system scalability
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for deploying front-end and full-stack features, focusing on real-time data visualization and LLM integration

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on production-grade LLM or ML system development
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, including modern component patterns and performance optimization
• Experience with Java in enterprise or production environments
• Hands-on experience with AI agent development using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or similar
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins for deploying features
