Front End Developer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Front End Developer to work remotely, who will code new WordPress themes and plugins, build efficient PHP modules, and provide front-end development for digital marketing communications across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Code new WordPress themes, page templates, and plugins from scratch while modifying existing ones
• Develop, test, and troubleshoot websites and digital marketing communications for a consistent user experience across devices
• Research and recommend new technologies and tools, while providing guidance on SEO best practices for site development

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a web developer with strong knowledge of WordPress and PHP frameworks
• Experience in creating and integrating custom WordPress plugins and themes, including Gutenberg editor
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks
• Familiarity with online usability, accessibility, and web analytics
• Proficient in software versioning and revision control systems, particularly Git
