Front-End Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Front-End Developer will contribute to a modernization effort by building a new UX plan and reusable component library, collaborating closely with a UX designer to translate design concepts into scalable front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement user interface designs provided by the UX designer, ensuring accurate representation of interactions and layout
• Build and maintain reusable React components to support consistency across applications
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to ensure effective delivery of features and establish front-end development standards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-end development experience with React
• Experience implementing user interface designs from wireframes or mockups into production-ready code
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability best practices
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple applications and priorities
