Front-End Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of developers, the full-time salaried Front-End Development Manager will oversee the enhancement of a React Native mobile app for iOS and Android, focusing on team development, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of developers while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Support planning and delivery of new features, bug fixes, and technical improvements while ensuring quality and performance standards are met
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to align day-to-day work with customer needs and business priorities

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in mobile development or front-end development, with expertise in React Native and TypeScript
• 3+ years of experience in leading and developing engineering teams, including performance management and career growth
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, accessibility, and user experience
• Experience coordinating project delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business partners
