Front End Engineer

Job Summary

Motivated to build beautiful, functional software, the full-time remote Front End Engineer will create polished front-end experiences for Decile Hub, working within a Rails codebase and collaborating closely with product and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build polished, performant front-end experiences, owning the UI layer from design to accessibility
• Work within a Rails codebase, utilizing Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus alongside ERB templates
• Translate designs into functional interfaces while ensuring a high-quality user experience

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience, particularly with Rails applications
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building complex layouts and interactions
• Experience with Hotwire/Turbo/Stimulus or a willingness to learn
• A genuine eye for UI design, noticing details that others may miss
• Active use of AI coding tools in daily workflows
