Front End Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of a new invite-only B2C platform, the full-time remote Front End Engineer will own the client-facing experience, managing onboarding, account UX, and guided exploration features while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Wire up the BFF client and establish stable success/error envelopes for the application
• Build invited sign-in and account context, ensuring secure access and explicit account-switching
• Conduct a UX & code audit to ensure performance, correctness, and alignment with design systems

Required qualifications

• Deep experience with React & Next.js, including server components and internal API calls
• Experience consuming generated OpenAPI/TypeScript clients in a pnpm monorepo
• Proficiency in building streaming UIs with fetch-based resumable SSE
• Familiarity with Cognito-backed opaque BFF sessions and account-scoped context
• Strong Tailwind skills and experience in component-driven UI development
