Front-End Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Front-End Engineering Manager, the full-time hybrid role will manage a team of software engineers while designing and implementing high-performance user interfaces and optimizing frontend performance for a leading AI business planning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, responsive user interfaces while optimizing frontend performance
• Coach and manage up to six direct reports, providing guidance, feedback, and career development plans
• Translate functional requirements into high-quality code, addressing product and customer needs with innovative solutions

Required qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience as a software engineer with a product in production
• 2-3 years of experience in people management
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, React, Vue, and Angular
• Strong team spirit with a focus on user experience and problem-solving
• Fluent in English; French is not required
