Job Summary
Leading a team of developers, the full-time remote Front-End Engineering Manager will focus on building and enhancing customer experiences across mobile platforms while fostering a high-performing team culture and providing technical leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of developers through feedback, mentorship, and career development
- Guide the delivery of new features and technical improvements while managing risks and removing obstacles
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of development experience, particularly in building and delivering mobile applications
- Experience with React Native and TypeScript, or leading teams that use these technologies
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, focusing on coaching and team growth
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, performance, and user experience
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
