Front End Human-Centered Designer Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Front End/Human-Centered Design (HCD) Designer Lead to guide user experience design and usability research for a Department of Defense modernization program.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping to align interface design with mission workflows
• Translate user insights into intuitive and accessible front-end solutions for secure cloud-based systems
• Lead user advocacy efforts to enhance usability and user experience for digital transformation projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in user experience design or human-centered design for large-scale systems
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps environments
• Active Secret clearance required
