Front-End Implementation Manager

Job Summary

To support the onboarding and go-live experience for new clinics and health systems, the full-time remote Front-End Implementation Manager will manage implementation plans, coordinate with various teams, and ensure smooth transitions while engaging with healthcare providers and executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the implementation plan, timeline, and milestones for new clinics and health systems, ensuring on-time go-lives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for providers and health-system leadership, managing expectations and maintaining relationships
• Anticipate and resolve potential blockers, ensuring a seamless handoff to Customer Success upon go-live

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years in implementation, onboarding, project management, or client-facing delivery, ideally in healthcare or SaaS
• Strong project management skills, capable of running multiple implementations to on-time completion
• Exceptional communication and executive presence with comfort in engaging with physicians and health-system leaders
• Proactive thinker with the ability to anticipate issues and maintain organization under pressure
• High AI fluency, demonstrating active use of AI tools in daily professional workflows
