Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Front-End Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations including registration, benefits verification, medical documentation, and prior authorization
• Analyze root causes of denials and implement corrective actions to minimize them
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide updates on credentialing performance and operational risks

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, specifically in front-end workflows
• Comprehensive understanding of medical billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and payer rules
• Experience with data analysis and proficiency in Google Suite
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong preference for experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) prior authorization
