Front End Revenue Integrity Coordinator

Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle performance, the remote Front End Revenue Integrity Coordinator will manage insurance eligibility re-verifications, ACA policy monitoring, and Coordination of Benefits (COB) issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution to prevent claim denials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing insurance eligibility re-verifications and monitor ACA Marketplace policies for coverage changes
• Conduct routine COB verification reviews to identify and resolve insurance sequencing and missing information
• Serve as the primary contact for facility teams regarding insurance eligibility and coverage concerns, facilitating timely issue resolution

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare insurance verification, eligibility, or revenue cycle roles
• Working knowledge of commercial insurance, ACA Marketplace plans, and healthcare reimbursement processes
• Experience with eligibility verification platforms and revenue cycle software applications preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
