Front End Staff Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer - Front End (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end frontend experience across key product surfaces
• Lead architectural decisions, design systems evolution, and frontend tooling strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, accessible, and inclusive user experiences

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a frontend engineer in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proven track record of leading complex, modern frontend applications from architecture to execution
• Deep experience with React and modern frontend frameworks
• Familiarity with modern frontend trends and tools such as Tailwind CSS and server-side rendering (SSR)
• Preferred experience with Ruby on Rails or similar backend frameworks
