Job Summary

A company is looking for a Front-End Team Lead for the CRM Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and create development plans for team members
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead the development of JavaScript and React applications, ensuring quality assurance processes are followed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant commercial experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React, and TypeScript
• Experience with unit and integration testing using Jest and Playwright
• Ability to define KPIs/OKRs and improve engineering processes
• Upper-Intermediate English level
